Shipping Policy
At Kneevo, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal COD handling fee may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5 to 7 business days
- Remote areas: 7 to 10 business days
Please note that these are estimated timelines and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, courier delays, or local holidays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can use this tracking number on our courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery fails after 3 attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@kneevo.in with your order number and photos of the damaged package (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
