Return and Refund Policy

At Kneevo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.

7-Day Easy Returns

You may return your Kneevo knee caps within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

You can also contact our support team at support@kneevo.in or call +91 80762 52499 with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and a pickup will be arranged.

Are There Any Charges for Return?

Yes, all returns and exchanges are charged at Rs. 100/-.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for returns. Products without original packaging or tags will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong size, we offer exchanges. Simply place an exchange request here or contact us and we will arrange a pickup and send you the correct size.
