Shipping

We ship across India via trusted courier partners. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typical delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on location and stock availability. You will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase if it has not been packed. To request cancellation, email support@kneevo.in with your order number.

Return & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery (terms below). To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging and condition.
• Include original invoice and return form.
• Shipping charges for returns may apply unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of approval and process refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact support@kneevo.in within 7 days with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
